Makes 1 cocktail

2 parts grey goose pear
1/4 pt amaretto
1/4 pt simple syrup
1/2 pt lemon juice, freshly squeezed
pear slice for garnish

Combine first four ingredients in cocktail shaker. Strain over ice and garnish with pear.
