Banana Cream Cake
A dense cake with creamy frosting.
Banana Cake:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
2 large bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
6 T. butter
1 T. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Combine cake ingredients and pour into greased cake pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool cake.

Combine frosting ingredients and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
