Glazed Salmon
Serves 2
2 6 oz. skinless salmon filets
2 Tablespoons butter, very soft
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon dill
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 splash soy sauce
1/3 Cup brown sugar

Mix together glaze ingredients and coat salmon. Bake at 400 degrees
for 25 - 30 minutes and add more glaze as it cooks. Spoon some of the
glaze from the pan over top right before serving
