French Butter Puffs
Sweet little brunchy bites
1/3 c. Butter (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. milk

1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Cream butter. Add 1/2 c. sugar and beat well. Blend in egg. Mix flour,
baking bowder, salt, and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture alternately
with milk. Start and end with flour. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
Use the mini muffin tin. When done immediately take out of muffin
tins. dip top and bottom in melted butter, and roll in cinnamon sugar
mixture. serve warm.
