So easy, so good.
4 small Haas avocados, ripe
2 T finely minced onion
1/2 - 1 small jalapeno chile, finely minced
4 T minced fresh cilantro
2 T freshly squeezed lime juice
salt to taste
Halve avocados, remove pits, and place flesh in a medium non-metal bowl. Add all other ingredients and mash with fork or potato masher. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh veggies for dipping.
