Traditional Pizza Dough
Light, sweet flavor. This is the perfect dough for truly Italian pizzas.
3 1/2 Cups flour
1 Cup(s) warm water
2 Tablespoons honey
1 1/2 Tablespoons or 1 packet quick yeast
1/4 Cup(s) olive oil
1/2 Teaspoons salt
Mix all together, adding flour a little at a time. Let dough rise for 45 minutes, punch down, and if able let rise for an hour or so more. You can use the dough after the first rise, as well.
Top with favorite pizza toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 23 minutes.
