Spinach Artichoke Dip
A party favorite.
1 carton (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 Cup sour cream
2/3 Cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup grated real parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch dried basil leaves
1 pinch garlic salt
1/2 Cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Mix all ingredients and spread in greased baking dish. Dot with a tiny bit of butter and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and/or slices of french bread.
